Our priority is to help you discover the programs as if you were there! We conduct a complete study of the project (neighborhood, accessibility, amenities, average price per m2 in the area, rental prices). We deliver a real analysis, not an advertising video.

Transparency

Be objective and factual about the programs. At this stage, we position ourselves as an investor, not an agent. We evaluate and rate each project based on various criteria using our evaluation grid, which has already proven itself with numerous investors.

Reward

Working with our entourage and then on recommendation, we have always redistributed a portion of our commission. This is a commitment we have maintained in order to reward our community. Therefore, for each signature made with "CTR immo Real Estate", we undertake to offer a gift to the buyer (phone, tablet, console...*).
